Services

Support is often the difference between coping and confidence. When you’re listened to, reassured, and given time, things begin to feel clearer, more manageable, and less overwhelming. Support creates space for confidence to grow.

Antenatal Support

Antenatal feeding preparation is a one-hour session designed to help you feel informed and confident before your baby arrives. It’s recommended between 34 and 37 weeks of pregnancy and covers what to expect after birth, how to recognise effective feeding, and how to manage common challenges.

Postnatal Home Visit

Postnatal home visits offer practical, personalised breastfeeding support in your own space, when feeding questions or concerns arise. We will talk through your birth experience, assess how feeding is going, and address any challenges you may be facing. I’ll observe a feed and work with you to create a personalised plan.
